The Daniel Defense DDM4 PDW is a compact AR-pattern pistol chambered in .300 Blackout and built around a 7-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel. Its short pistol-length direct-impingement gas system is designed to support both subsonic and supersonic loads, while the Daniel Defense linear compensator directs muzzle blast forward. A Maxim Defense CQB Pistol Brace and enhanced buffer system support controlled handling in a compact package, with an overall length adjustable from 20.75 to 24.75 inches. The 6-inch MFR XL M-LOK handguard provides a lightweight accessory platform, and the upper receiver rail supports the addition of an aftermarket optic. The pistol includes a Daniel Defense grip, ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle, and Magpul PMAG 30 AR 300 B GEN M3 magazine.
