The Daniel Defense DD4 M4A1 RIII is a modern sporting rifle built around a fully ambidextrous AR-15-style lower receiver. Its controls allow right- and left-handed shooters to operate the bolt catch, safety selector, and magazine release without removing the dominant hand from the grip. A 14.5-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined government-profile barrel pairs with a mid-length direct-impingement gas system for reliable cycling and manageable recoil. The rifle includes a 12.5-inch RIS III M-LOK handguard with a continuous Picatinny top rail and M203 attachment capability. Its flash suppressor is pinned and welded, and the rifle includes a Daniel Defense stock, pistol grip, one Daniel Defense magazine, and a full-latch impact plastic case. Sights are sold separately.
